This year we’re having our elf arrive by mail – specifically by “Official North Pole Airmail Express Service” – so I decided to create some mock package labels to decorate the box!
I’m sharing this free printable that includes an assortment of pretend Santa stamps, address labels, and shipping instructions to make it look like your elf really was shipped from Santa up at the North Pole! It includes:
- Fake shipping label from north pole
- Mock postage stamp labels from Santa
- North pole return address labels free
- Cute-looking label to write your child’s name and address on
I included two different Santa’s address labels. One of them is from “The North Pole” and one of them is from Santa Claus in Rovaniemi, Finland, up in the arctic circle. You can choose whichever one you like! I include both labels because there are two “official” theories on where Santa resides. Psst if you go to Rovaniemi, you really can visit Santa, his reindeer and see his workshop! 😉

How To Use
To use these free printable north pole shipping shipping label from Santa, just download the labels and print them out. Then, cut out the labels you wish to use.
Next, choose a box you want to use for your elf arrival package. Glue the labels to the box.
To make the elf look like it’s arrived in the package, place it in the box and leave it outside where your kids can discover it. If you want to be extra fancy, you can have someone go out and ring the doorbell to get their attention!
The first year our elf came, we had it arrive in a package using these mock North Pole labels. It arrived in the evening. As part of the surprise, we had put up the outdoor Christmas lights so that when the kids went to look at who was at the door, they also noticed the magical lights that had appeared outside, too.
How is your elf arriving this year? If it’s not your first year, how has the elf arrived in previous years? I’d love to know!
